In recent years, through open management and innovation, company has applied modern management methods creating continually value for customers, end users, employee and shareholders.
Our turbo factory specializes in turbocharger R&D,design, manufacturing and quality control etc, it is a dedicated turbocharger manufacturer supplying turbocharger for marine, gas power generation and railway locomotives sector.
Subin is currently authorized distributor of Chongqing Hongjiang Machinery Co., Ltd under China state shipbuilding corporation limited, it is able to provide customers high-quality fuel injection systems.

Factory Introduction

Turbo Factory

Our turbo factory was established in 2009, it specializes in research, development, manufacturing and service of turbochargers. The total investment of this factory is more than 50 million RMB, covering an area of more than 20000 m² , in which, the plant area covers 8,000 m² with annual capacity of 1000 sets of turbochargers . The company has a strong design team with rich experiences in turbocharger technology innovation, with leading CAD / CAM / CFD / FEA-based design methods, equipped with advanced production equipment such as high-speed five-axis machining centers, pentahedron gantry machining centers, high-speed CNC lathes, high-precision CNC lathes, flywheel friction welding machines, as well as reliable testing equipment such as high-precision dynamic balance machines, three-dimensional detectors, cylindricity measuring instrument, test bed etc., it can ensure our products meet the market needs in efficiency, timely high quality and satisfactory service.

200T special flywheel friction machine

In order to ensure that intensity of welding seam of the turbine shaft is 100% stable and reliable, factory has successfully R&D a 200 T special flywheel friction welding machine and made into application, which enables company became a professional company providing seriation flywheel friction welding solutions. Since then, it can thoroughly solve the problem of shaft broken during turbocharger operation in engine.

Chongqing Hongjiang Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1967 and is a backbone military enterprise under China State Shipbuilding Cooperation Limited. The factory now covers an area of 430,000 m², with more than 1,800 employees, 330 engineer and technical personnel, 5 people enjoys special allowances from the State Council, and has a national engineering laboratory, postdoctoral research station.
The company is the national high-tech enterprise, leading in the industry. It is currently a certified supplier by MAN and Wärtsilä, an excellent supplier of GE, and a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR.
Awarded with Works Approval Certificate by CCS and BV and its products inspected and approved by 9 major international classification societies.
