Turbine

Optimized high performance of mixed flow turbine by 3D-CFD, improved efficiency.

Inlet casing can be adaptive to constant and pulse pressure turbocharging, enables to have good adaptability on various engine types.

Geometry design on Turbine meridians and nozzle ring to relieve stress.

 

Bearing

High performance semi-floating supporting bearings, it can minimize mechanical loss, special hard coating for steel bearing part and compact plain bearing layout bring ideal rotor dynamic behavior and prolong longevity.
 

Compressor 

High performance impeller, diffuser and compressor volute optimized by 3D-CFD, realize high pressure ratio and large flow, it can increase efficiency of compressor.

High pressure ratio and large specific volume flow enable to meet with future engine requirements and environmental regulations.

Wide Compressor’s Map equipment (WCM) can extend surge margin.

Variable wheel geometry and diffuser ring can have better adaptability to different types of engines.

New compressor wheel fixation enables to simplify disassembly and fixing.
